ECHO Housing Corporation (EHC) is a non-profit
agency that provides housing, help and hope
for homeless men, women, children,
and veterans in our community.
Lucas Place is a 20-unit transitional apartment complex for homeless families who are either living or receiving services in Vanderburgh County.
Lucas Place II is permanent supportive housing for homeless veterans located across the street from our existing transitional housing building in Evansville.
New Start is a scattered site permanent supportive housing program in Vanderburgh and Warrick Counties.
EHC acquires property to provide homeless and near homeless families (including those with disabilities) with decent, safe, energy efficient and affordable housing.
